FreshAura Gym was founded by Pavla Ďuranová and Tereza Franková. In 2024, they invested in GymRoom and acquired a location in Žižkov, transforming it into a place where every woman can feel safe and be herself. Now, a year later, we're separating from the GymRoom brand (thank you guys, we appreciate it 💚) and building it as an independent brand FreshAura Gym – a gym focused on safety, confidence and privacy during training.
"Women are naturally more prone to anxiety, which is why we want to create a safe environment. A place where you don't have to fear bodyshaming or unwanted attention. FreshAura Gym is a great start to boost confidence, self-worth and enjoy undisturbed training in privacy."
Together they run the Instagram @double.trouble.czech, where they discuss topics like confidence, bodyshaming and women's mental health.
As a trainer at FreshAura Gym, you get a space where you can fully focus on training with your client. No distractions, no noise, no unwanted attention. Thanks to the self-service system, you reserve the gym just for yourself and your client – that's the added value you can offer.
