- By using the gym premises, visitors (hereinafter referred to as "visitors") confirm that they have read and agree to abide by these operating rules.
- Violation of these operating rules may result in credit deductions, access blocking, or other sanctions under the applicable Terms and Conditions.
3. Opening Hours and Access
- The gym is open continuously (24/7).
- Access to the gym is permitted only to persons over 15 years of age who have duly registered and paid the relevant reservation fee.
- Entry is enabled via an access code sent by e-mail after the reservation. Access credentials are non-transferable.
- Visitors are required to leave the gym no later than the final minute of their reserved time slot. Remaining in the gym beyond the reserved time without a valid reservation for the immediately following slot is a serious violation of these rules and is subject to sanctions (see Section 7).
4. Rules of Conduct on the Gym Premises
- Visitors are required to use the gym equipment in accordance with its intended purpose and operational instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order, use a towel when exercising, and return equipment to its original place after use.
- Disinfect all equipment after use (disinfectant is available in the gym).
- Be considerate towards other visitors and neighbours. Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 06:00 — during this time, exercise quietly, limit loud conversation, and minimise any noise that may carry to surrounding spaces.
- The following are strictly prohibited in the gym:
- Bringing alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances, or entering under their influence.
- Smoking, using open flames, or handling hazardous substances.
- Throwing any object towards, into, or against the ceiling or ceiling structure. The ceiling is fitted with a specialist acoustic insulation system — any damage will be charged in full to the visitor responsible.
- Slamming dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, weights, or any other equipment against the floor, walls, or other surfaces. All equipment must be placed down in a controlled and quiet manner.
- Dropping weights or releasing them from height — always place equipment down safely.
- Damaging, destroying, or improperly handling gym equipment.
- Entering areas not intended for visitors (technical rooms, storage areas, etc.).
5. Hygiene Rules
- Visitors must wear appropriate sportswear and footwear that does not soil the gym environment. Exercising barefoot or in unsuitable footwear is not permitted.
- Use the changing rooms to change before entering the strength or cardio zones.
- Maintain personal hygiene. Entering the gym with a strong body odour or in heavily soiled clothing is not acceptable.
- After every session it is compulsory to:
- Wipe down all machines and equipment with the provided disinfectant or disinfectant wipes.
- Remove your towel and personal belongings.
- Return all equipment to its original place.
- Take your rubbish with you — a bin is available in the gym.
- Please keep the showers and toilets clean and tidy. After using the shower, wipe the floor and leave the space in the condition you would wish to find it.
6. Responsibility of Visitors and the Operator
- Visitors use the gym equipment at their own risk. The operator is not liable for any injury or damage to property caused by non-compliance with these operating rules or improper use of the equipment.
- The operator is responsible for regular maintenance, inspection, and the safe operation of the gym equipment.
- Visitors are liable for all damage they cause to themselves, other persons, equipment, or the gym premises. This liability also extends to any persons the visitor brings into the gym. Damages will be claimed in full, including loss of income for the period during which the gym cannot be used due to repairs.
7. Violations and Sanctions
- In the event of a breach of these operating rules, the operator has the right to warn the visitor about inappropriate behaviour.
- For overtime in the gym (remaining after the reserved slot ends without a valid reservation for the following slot), a progressive sanction system applies:
- 1st violation: Credit deduction equal to the value of the unauthorised slot + warning by e-mail.
- 2nd violation: Credit deduction + explicit warning that further violations may result in access being blocked.
- 3rd and subsequent violations: Credit deduction + access blocked and all future reservations cancelled without compensation.
- For serious violations (overtime of 30 or more minutes, damage to equipment or premises, aggressive behaviour, endangering the safety of others), the operator may block access immediately without prior warnings.
- The operator reserves the right to claim full compensation for any damage caused by the visitor.
- The visitor will be notified of any credit deduction by e-mail within 7 days, specifying the date, time, duration of the violation, and the number of credits deducted.
8. Safety Measures
- The gym is equipped with a camera system to ensure the safety of persons and property. The camera system is operated in accordance with the applicable legal regulations on personal data protection.
- It is prohibited to tamper with or interfere with the camera system in any way.
