🌱 How it started
In 2024, we invested in GymRoom in Žižkov and the guys built us an amazing location. After a year, our paths diverge – and they gave us a unique opportunity. We wanted to try what it's like to build something from scratch, and that's how FreshAura Gym was born. We maintain friendly relations with the original operators and still help each other, but FreshAura Gym is now our project – a place that reflects our values and vision.
💪 What is our vision
We want to create a space focused primarily on women – their beauty, physique and psyche. We believe that health is not just about exercise, but about a comprehensive approach to oneself. Pavla is dedicated to NLP coaching and nutritional counseling – helping clients find inner motivation, confidence and a healthy relationship with food. Terka is a trainer and nutritional counselor, focusing on proper exercise technique, strength and healthy nutrition for everyday life.
🎯 What we're preparing
We're constantly working to offer you more than just a gym: • Workshops focused on healthy back and pain relief – led by a new professional trainer • Run Club – group runs for all levels • Workshops and events about health, nutrition and mental well-being • Individual coaching – from physique to mindset • Multisport – we want to make FreshAura Gym accessible to Multisport cardholders - fingers crossed! FreshAura Gym is not just a place to exercise. It's a community where you can feel safe, supported and motivated to be the best version of yourself.
