First time at FreshAura Gym

How does FreshAura Gym work?

FreshAura Gym is a self-service private gym. You book a slot online, receive an access code 1 hour before training and have the entire gym to yourself (or up to 3 people comfortably). No waiting, no queues – just you and your workout.

What do I need for my first visit?

Just book a slot online, pay and wait for the access code. You'll receive it 1 hour before training via email. Bring workout clothes, a towel and good vibes! At FreshAura Gym you have access to a fully equipped gym.

I don't know how to exercise or use machines. What should I do?

No problem! We recommend starting with one of our experienced trainers who will explain everything, set proper technique and prepare a custom training plan. Check out our trainers and choose the one that suits you best.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes! FreshAura Gym is rented for up to 3 people at once. The price is the same whether you come alone or with friends. The person who made the reservation is responsible for it.

Where is FreshAura Gym and where can I park?

Our locations are at the addresses listed on the website. Parking is available on surrounding streets, usually in parking zones. Exact parking information for a specific location can be found on that location's page.

Do I need a trainer?

No, not at all! FreshAura Gym is a self-service gym where you can go alone anytime you book. You only get a trainer if you want individual support, motivation or proper technique setup.

Who is a personal trainer for?

A trainer is for everyone – beginners who need a proper start, people with back pain or other health limitations, but also advanced athletes who want to improve performance. Our trainers work with children, adults and seniors. Everyone has different specializations and experience.

Which trainer should I choose?

It's up to you! Browse our trainers' profiles, find out who specializes in what you need (weight loss, strength, rehabilitation, sports...) and who you find sympathetic. Each trainer has an individual rate based on experience and specialization.

How much does a personal trainer at FreshAura Gym cost?

The price for a personal trainer varies based on their experience and specialization. Each trainer has an individual rate set, which you can find directly on their profile. The price includes gym reservation.

🔄 Need to change, cancel or have a problem

How do I cancel or change a reservation?

You can cancel or change your reservation for free if your slot is at least 24 hours away. Just log into your account, find the reservation and click cancel. Upon cancellation, we'll refund credits that you can use for another visit.

What if I didn't receive the access code?

The code is sent automatically 1 hour before your training starts. If you didn't receive it, check spam or contact us via email or phone – we'll help immediately.

What if something breaks or I have a problem with equipment?

If you encounter any problem during training, contact us immediately by phone or email. We're here for you and will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I get an invoice or tax document?

Of course! A tax document will be automatically sent to your email after payment. If you need an invoice for a company, write to us and we'll issue it.

How much does training at FreshAura Gym cost?

The price depends on the reservation time. It ranges from 55 CZK to 72 CZK per 15 minutes. Minimum reservation is 30 minutes (2 consecutive slots). The price is automatically displayed when selecting a slot in the booking calendar.

Why do prices vary by time?

Prices change based on demand – in morning hours, lunch time or evening when there's higher interest, prices may be higher. Conversely, in less busy times you can save. It's fair for everyone.

Do I pay more if I come with friends?

No! The price is the same whether you come alone or with two friends (3 people total). You pay for the entire gym, not per person. The person who made the reservation is responsible for it.

Are there any entry or monthly fees?

No! At FreshAura Gym you have no entry or monthly fees. You only pay for the time you book. No commitments, no prepayment. Just come when you want.

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are your virtual money at FreshAura Gym. 1 credit = 1 CZK. You can top them up in advance and then pay for reservations from them without needing to pay by card each time. When canceling a reservation (24+ hours in advance) we'll refund your credits. Credits cannot be converted back to money.
